Must have a boating license if born in 1988 or after prior to reservation.
Major Credit Card (no debit or prepaid cards) & Government Issued ID required
$750 Deposit will be held for all reserved equipment on the card used for this reservation.

This is a 17' Center Console boat with a weight capacity of 1000lbs or 4 ppl max.
You may not exceed the weight limit to accommodate the 4 passengers.
The weight capacity is a combination of people & gear you bring.

H2O WATERSPORTZ is no longer located at the Seafood Shack Marina
All Rentals & Tours are to be on a delivery & pick up basis from Coquina Boat Ramp, unless other arrangements have been made with Blossom in writing prior to drop off of your equipment.
You must arrive 30 min prior for rentals & 15 mins prior for tours.

Booking Requirements for all Rentals
*Renters name and cardholder name must be the same.
*Do NOT enter anyone's information on the order except the cardholders.
*Do NOT enter your spouse's card unless that person will be at pick up with their ID & card.
*Do NOT falsifiy your information such as age to submit an order.
This is dishonest and grounds for cancelation without refund.
*Cardholder must be present with the card on file.
*Operators name should not be on the rental unless the operator is also the renter/cardholder.
*No one is allowed to pick up the rental for the renter/cardholder. Cardholder must be present.
*Do NOT use a landline as your phone number for your agreement.
*FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED for boat rentals or bareboat charters.
*Fuel is included on fishing charters, jet ski rentals & boat tours.

Please read the cancellation policies thoroughly!

*We do not allow cancellation due to it being too cold, hot, sunny or cloudy.
*Egmont Key, Tampa Bay & the Gulf are not always accessible due to winds & weather. We do not allow cancellation or modification if an area is deemed offlimits!
*We do not cancel because of a weather forecast or app you have seen.
*We do not allow cancellation if a certain area is offlimits due to the weather.
*Booking with a lack of experience is against our policy therefore not an excuse to cancel.
*Misrepresenting your experience level will be a forfeit of your rental at the full cost of your reserved equipment.
*INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: We have guest from all over the world. We do not speak multiple languages so all operators must read, speak and understand english for liability purposes.
*Translators are not permitted for the safety orientations or paperwork!
*Any rentals booked by someone who does not speak and understand english without a translator will be canceled at the full cost of the rental without a refund.
*Get here on time! We don't allow you to cancel or modify because your time management caused you to miss your appointment.
