All Rentals & Tours are to be on a delivery & pick up basis from Coquina Boat Ramp, unless other arrangements have been made with Blossom in writing prior to drop off of your equipment.
You must arrive 30 min prior for rentals & 15 mins prior for tours.

Booking Requirements for all Rentals
*Renters name and cardholder name must be the same.
*Do NOT enter anyone's information on the order except the cardholders.
*Do NOT enter your spouse's card unless that person will be at pick up with their ID & card.
*Do NOT falsifiy your information such as age to submit an order.
This is dishonest and grounds for cancelation without refund.
*Cardholder must be present with the card on file.
*Operators name should not be on the rental unless the operator is also the renter/cardholder.
*No one is allowed to pick up the rental for the renter/cardholder. Cardholder must be present.
*Do NOT use a landline as your phone number for your agreement.
*FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED for boat rentals or bareboat charters.
*Fuel is included on fishing charters, jet ski rentals & boat tours.

*20% of your rental fee is taken at booking. This is a non-refundable. The remaining 80% will be paid before departure of your rental.

*We do not allow cancellation due to it being too cold, hot, sunny or cloudy.
*Egmont Key, Tampa Bay & the Gulf are not always accessible due to winds & weather. We do not allow cancellation or modification if an area is deemed offlimits!
*We do not cancel because of a weather forecast or app you have seen.
*We do not allow cancellation if a certain area is offlimits due to the weather.
*Booking with a lack of experience is against our policy therefore not an excuse to cancel.
*Misrepresenting your experience level will be a forfeit of your rental at the full cost of your reserved equipment.
*INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: We have guest from all over the world. We do not speak multiple languages so all operators must read, speak and understand english for liability purposes.
*Translators are not permitted for the safety orientations or paperwork!
*Any rentals booked by someone who does not speak and understand english without a translator will be canceled at the full cost of the rental without a refund.
*Get here on time! We don't allow you to cancel or modify because your time management caused you to miss your appointment.

BOOKING ANY VESSEL WITHOUT THE ADEQUATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO OPERATE THAT VESSEL WILL FORFEIT YOUR RENTAL ON THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION AT THE FULL COST OF THAT RENTAL. YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE ASSESSED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO DETERMINE IF YOU ARE FIT TO OPERATE.

RENTAL POLICY

If you are born in 1988 or after you MUST contact the office prior booking with proof of a valid boat safety license. Proceeding without first contacting the office will result in your order being cancelled.
All operators must be present at the time of pick up with their Gov issued photo ID & boat license (if applies)

$750 Deposit will be held for all reserved equipment on the card used for this reservation. If you can not cover the deposit of the reserved equipment you will forfiet your rental at the cost of the reservation total.
Deposits are for any and all damage, loss of property, overage of rental time and loss of rental income from a down vessel due to negligence on behalf of your rental.

H2O reserves the right to inspect all coolers prior to departure.
If you violate the rules your rental could be terminated at your expense.
Safety is our #1 priority so leniency will not be given to groups in violation.

Arrival for orientation is 30 minutes prior to all on water times.
Showing up late for your orientation will forfiet your rental at your cost.

The individual who makes the reservation must be present for pickup of the vessel.
Government issued photo ID, boat licenses (if applies) & credit card of the individual on the reservation is required at pick up.

If you have multiple operators they will all need to be present at the time of pick up for your safety orientation.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation within 2 days of your reservation date.
Cancelling within 2 days will result in the full charge of your reserved equipment.
Cancelling outside of the 2 days will result in a loss of your reservation deposit.

Example: If you have a reservation on the 4th of the month, your last chance to cancel without penalty of the full reservation cost would be on the 1st by 5pm. Anything after 5 pm on the 1st would be inside of the 2 day window for no cancellation.

Weather Policy:
If the weather is deemed unsafe and we are unable to send you out your reservation will be cancelled at no charge. All weather policy decisions will be made on the day of your reserved rental by H2O Staff only. If we are sending out rentals on the day of your reservation but you choose to cancel your reservation on the day of due to the weather not being to your liking you will be charged.

No show Policy:
All no show rentals are charged the full amount of the reserved equipment.

Please be aware of all cancellation & weather policies. If you cancel or modify inside of the cancellation policy window you will be charged accordingly.
